This is more gourmet than any usual marmalade. Anchored in tradition, Java Jack's have stepped forward and added peaches and cantaloupe which mellows the sharpness of the orange peel. Made with simple ingredients and lots of fruit, it is vegan friendly and gluten free.
We use it as a condiment to salmon or chicken and still spread it on Nan’s toast or Java Jack's own Java Jack’s scones.
